How to Start Yes Day, Yes Week, and Yes Month in Training
Yes Day, Yes Week, and Yes Month are structured training periods where the submissive agrees to immediate compliance on assigned tasks — with health and safeword exceptions always in place. Harmony Control creates the plans for you; your job is to choose the right duration, install the matching pack, and Start plan so tasks appear on the Day Board.
Open Training for your relationship
- Log in and open your relationship from the dashboard.
- In the relationship navigation bar, click Training.
- You will see tabs: Day Board, Training Plans, Care Packs, Focus Time, Requirements, and more.
When you first open Training, Harmony Control automatically creates three plans if they do not exist yet:
- Yes Day — one intensive day
- Yes Week — seven days
- Yes Month — thirty days
Each plan is marked as a Yes period. The submissive cannot refuse assigned tasks during an active Yes period (except for agreed health limits and safewords — see the Requirements tab).
Choose your duration
| Plan | Best for |
|---|---|
| Yes Day | A single high-intensity reset, a special scene day, or testing full surrender before a longer arc |
| Yes Week | Rebuilding momentum, trying new rules, or a focused sprint with daily accountability |
| Yes Month | Establishing long-term habits, chastity structure, contracts, and deep service over thirty days |
Tip for couples new to structured training: start with Yes Week. If that feels good, move to Yes Month on your next arc.
Install the matching task pack
Each Yes plan works with a dedicated pack that auto-installs when the plan has no packs yet:
- Yes Day → Yes Day — Full Surrender (24 Hours)
- Yes Week → Yes Week core pack
- Yes Month → Yes Month — 30 Days of Complete Devotion
To install or change packs manually:
- Go to Training Plans.
- Select the Yes Day, Yes Week, or Yes Month plan.
- Under Install packs, choose the pack and save.
- You can also add Dom Care phase packs alongside a Yes Month plan (see our guide on pairing Yes Month with Phase 1–4).
Set the start date and start the plan
- On Training Plans, open your chosen Yes plan.
- Set a start date (today or a future date).
- Click Start plan and confirm.
Starting the plan creates today’s tasks from every installed pack and assigns them to the submissive. Until you start the plan, the Day Board may show “No tasks assigned yet.”
What happens on the Day Board
After you start the plan:
- The Dom sees all tasks and can approve, deny, or add custom tasks.
- The Sub sees assigned tasks in the Day Board columns (To-Do, Submitted, Approved, and so on).
- Completing tasks earns XP and raises relationship health (+0.3 per completion in the rolling chart).
- Failing or missing tasks during Yes Month can trigger consequences such as a 24-hour lockup and extending the Yes Month — so both partners should treat the Day Board as the daily source of truth.
Day 1 for Yes Month — do this first
Yes Month Day 1 is Yes Month Contract & Chastity Lock. Before anything else:
- Review the Yes Month contract together — rules, limits, safewords, and what “yes” means for your dynamic.
- Discuss chastity and lockup rules — when the device is on, who holds the key, spot checks, and what happens if the sub unlocks without permission.
- The sub kneels, locks chastity (if that is part of your agreement), and affirms the full-surrender period.
- From that moment, use formal responses: “Yes, Sir” or “Yes, Ma’am” — and “No, Sir/Ma’am” only for health or safeword use — then carry out the daily tasks on the Day Board.
Day 2 onward adds the Yes/No protocol task and builds service, presentation, and accountability through the rest of the month.
Requirements and Focus Time
- Requirements tab — explains Yes period rules and what the sub can and cannot refuse.
- Focus Time tab — schedule extended Yes Day sessions (8+ hours recommended for Yes Day).

Structured training works when both partners show up daily. The Training link is your control center — pick your Yes period, start the plan, and let the Day Board guide the work.
