For Submissives — Your Tasks Live on the Day Board
If you are the submissive in a Harmony Control relationship, the most important screen in the app is Training → Day Board. That is where your Dominant’s expectations become your daily work — and where your follow-through visibly improves the relationship.
The Day Board is yours to execute
When your Dom starts a training plan, tasks from installed packs (Yes Day, Yes Week, Yes Month, Phase care packs, and others) are assigned to you. They appear as cards on the Day Board — usually in columns like To-Do, Submitted, Approved, or similar depending on your plan setup.
Your job is not to invent the structure. Your job is to:
- Open the Day Board every day
- Read each task
- Do it
- Mark it complete (and submit for approval if your Dom requires it)
The Dom sets the plan, installs packs, and may approve or deny completion. You carry out the tasks. That division is the point of structured training: clear leadership on one side, clear service and obedience on the other.
Why completing tasks matters — relationship health
Harmony Control tracks relationship health on a rolling chart (often shown as a thermometer or H7 trend on the Day Board and Overview). When you complete a training task, the system typically adds +0.3 to that health signal. When you fail or miss tasks — especially during Yes Month — health can drop and consequences may apply (such as lockup time or extending the Yes period).
This is not punishment for its own sake. It is a visible record that your dynamic is being fed by daily action, not just good intentions.
Think of it this way:
- Completed tasks = trust, consistency, “I show up for us”
- Missed tasks = drift, frustration, “the structure is slipping”
You do not need to obsess over the number. You need to show up on the board.
Yes Month Day 1 — before anything else
If your Dom has started Yes Month, Day 1 is not a normal chore day. The first task is Yes Month Contract & Chastity Lock. Treat it as a ceremony, not a checkbox.
Step 1 — Review the Yes Month contract together
Sit with your Dom (in person or on a call). Read through:
- What you are agreeing to for the next thirty days
- What “yes” means — compliance with Dom requests except health and safeword
- Hard limits and soft limits (Harmony Hub / your contract)
- How mistakes, lockups, and extensions work
Ask questions before you affirm. Clarifying is not backtalk.
Step 2 — Discuss chastity and lockup rules
If chastity is part of your dynamic, Day 1 is when you align on:
- When the device goes on and stays on
- Who holds the key or controls the lock session in the app
- Spot checks — your Dom may verify the lock unannounced
- What happens if you unlock without permission — usually immediate correction, lockup, and possible Yes Month extension
Do not skip this conversation because it feels awkward. Ambiguity causes more conflict than explicit rules.
Step 3 — Lock, kneel, affirm
When your Dom is ready:
- Kneel if that is your protocol
- Lock chastity if agreed
- Affirm the Yes Month aloud — that you enter a full-surrender period with eyes open
- Say “Yes, Sir” or “Yes, Ma’am” when your Dom confirms the rules
Then open the Day Board and begin the rest of Day 1’s tasks.
Yes Sir / Yes Ma’am — starting Day 2 and beyond
From Day 2, Yes Month assigns Yes/No Protocol tasks. The rule is simple:
- “Yes, Sir” or “Yes, Ma’am” — default response to requests and corrections
- “No, Sir/Ma’am” — only for health needs or safeword
- “Thank you” — after instructions or corrections
No backtalk. No negotiating in the moment. If something feels wrong, use your safeword or ask for a maintenance conversation outside task time — that is still allowed in healthy dynamics.
Daily rhythm for subs
Morning
- Open Training → Day Board
- Check today’s tasks and any Dom notes
- Do presentation or greeting rituals if assigned
During the day
- Work tasks as your Dom prioritizes them
- If unsure which task first, ask: “Which task would you like me to complete first, Sir/Ma’am?”
- Submit proof or mark complete when finished
Evening
- Finish remaining To-Do items
- Complete reflection or gratitude tasks honestly
- Brief check-in with your Dom if that is your rule
What if you cannot finish a task?
Life happens. Failing to communicate is different from asking for adjustment.
- If you are stuck, message your Dom: “I need clarification on task X” or “I may not finish Y by tonight because of Z.”
- If you miss a task without notice, expect it to be logged — and during Yes Month, expect stronger consequences than on a normal week.
Submission is a gift. It does not mean you have no voice. It means you use your voice before resentment builds, and you execute what you agreed to.
What the Dom sees when you deliver
When you consistently complete Day Board tasks:
- Relationship health trends up
- XP and streaks grow
- Your Dom spends less energy chasing compliance and more energy leading, rewarding, and connecting
That is the loop you are building: Dom assigns → Sub executes → Health improves → Trust deepens.
Start today
- Go to Training → Day Board
- If Yes Month is active and it is Day 1 — contract and chastity first
- Say Yes, Sir or Yes, Ma’am
- Complete today’s tasks
Your dynamic is not abstract. It is on the board. Carry it out.
