Pairing Yes Month With Phase 1, 2, 3, and 4 Dom Care Packs
The Yes Month — 30 Days of Complete Devotion pack is built for obedience, chastity, service, and accountability. The Phase 1–4 Dom Care packs are built for making your Dominant feel valued, respected, and cared for over a longer arc. Used together, they give you structure for the sub’s surrender and structure for the sub’s service to the Dom — on the same calendar, on the same Day Board.
What each layer does
Yes Month (30 days)
Daily tasks cover contract and lockup (Day 1), Yes/No protocol, presentation rituals, service blocks, chastity checks, Dom-first pleasure, inspections, and a completion debrief on Day 30. Failed tasks during Yes Month can extend the period and trigger lockup consequences.
Phase packs (30 days each)
| Phase | Tier | Focus |
|---|---|---|
| Phase 1: Introduction & Alignment | Basic | Communication, greetings, gratitude, foundational care rituals |
| Phase 2: Building Momentum | Basic | Morning/evening protocols, meal service, anticipation, deeper routines |
| Phase 3: Deepening Dynamic | Pro | Advanced protocols, deeper power exchange, sustained intensity |
| Phase 4: Long-Term Sustainability | Pro | Habits that last beyond a single campaign — reviews, maintenance, growth |
Phase 1 and 2 are Basic (included on free tier). Phase 3 and 4 are Pro (require Couple, Premium, or Master subscription).
How to install both on one plan
- Open Training → Training Plans.
- Select your Yes Month plan (or create a custom 30+ day plan if you prefer).
- Install packs: - Yes Month — 30 Days of Complete Devotion (required for the Yes arc) - Phase 1 (or whichever phase you are on)
- Set your start date and click Start plan.
Tasks from both packs appear on the Day Board for each day. The sub is responsible for completing all assigned tasks — Yes Month obedience tasks and Phase care tasks together.
Recommended pairing strategies
Strategy A — Yes Month + Phase 1 (new or rebuilding couples)
Best when you want obedience and warmth at the same time.
- Yes Month handles surrender, chastity, and protocol.
- Phase 1 handles “how do I make my Dom feel seen and cared for?”
Day 1 priority: Yes Month Contract & Chastity Lock first, then Phase 1’s morning greeting when you are ready.
Strategy B — Yes Month + Phase 2 (established basics)
Best when Phase 1 habits exist and you want deeper daily routines during a Yes Month.
- Phase 2 adds morning/evening protocols and proactive service.
- Yes Month keeps the edge: inspections, talk-back prevention, accountability check-ins.
Strategy C — Full 120-day arc (Phase 1 → 4 with Yes Month in month one)
Some couples run Yes Month only for the first thirty days, then continue Phase 2–4 on a standard training plan without the Yes-period “no refusal” rule.
Others run Yes Month for all of Phase 1, then shift to Phase 2 without Yes rules while keeping care tasks.
There is no single correct path — agree in your contract which weeks are “Yes” and which are “care only.”
Strategy D — Yes Month + Phase 3 or 4 (Pro subscribers)
For couples ready for Pro-tier depth: install Yes Month plus Phase 3 or 4 on an active Couple / Premium / Master subscription. Phase 3–4 tasks assume consistency from earlier phases; do not skip Phase 1–2 habits unless you already live them daily.
Managing task load on the Day Board
When two packs run together, the sub may see multiple tasks per day. That is intentional.
For Doms:
- Review the Day Board each morning; defer or remove tasks if life happens — flexibility is not weakness.
- Prioritize Day 1 contract + chastity before stacking optional Phase tasks.
- Use approvals and notes so the sub knows what “done” looks like.
For subs:
- Open the Day Board first thing; work tasks in the order your Dom assigns.
- Completing tasks improves relationship health on the chart; missing them pulls the trend down.
- One missed care task and one missed Yes task both matter — treat the board as your daily commitment list.
Milestones and aftercare
Yes Month includes built-in milestones (micro-affirmations after each yes, mid-month inspection, Day 30 completion aftercare). Phase packs include weekly deep-care sessions and reflection tasks.
Schedule explicit aftercare when:
- Yes Month Day 1 contract conversation ends
- Week 1 debrief (Yes Month Day 7)
- Halfway milestone (Day 15)
- Phase transitions (moving from Phase 1 to Phase 2, and so on)
When to add more packs
After Yes Month + Phase 1, common next steps:
- Obedience Boot Camp (14-day intensive reset) — Pro tier
- Discipline Reset (7-day) — after a rough patch
- Dom Care — Alpha’s Choice — stricter attentive mode for experienced couples
See our guide on Pro training packs and subscription tiers for what unlocks with an upgrade.
Summary
- Install Yes Month + your current Phase pack on the same plan.
- Start plan so tasks flow to the Day Board.
- Day 1: contract, chastity rules, Yes Sir/Ma’am, then daily tasks.
- Complete tasks daily — they are how the relationship health chart moves up.
- Transition phases every ~30 days or when your Dom says you are ready.
Yes Month gives you the container. Phase packs give you the curriculum. Together they turn intention into a calendar both partners can follow.
