Yes Week and Yes Month Training Explained

Many couples want structure without losing warmth. Yes Day, Yes Week, and Yes Month are training campaigns designed for exactly that: intentional arcs where the submissive practices agreed behaviors while the Dominant provides clear feedback, rewards, and repair when things slip. Tasks land on the Day Board; the sub carries them out, and completions feed the relationship health chart.

For step-by-step setup in the app, see How to Start Yes Day, Yes Week, and Yes Month in Training. Submissives: read Your Tasks Live on the Day Board.

What is Yes Day?

Yes Day is a single 24-hour intensive. Every assigned task on the Day Board is expected the same day — morning lock check, Yes/No protocol, a dedicated service block, Dom-first pleasure, and evening reflection. It is the fastest way to test full surrender before committing to a week or month.

Yes Day works well when:

  • You want a special scene day or anniversary reset
  • You are previewing chastity and protocol rules
  • You need a short burst of structure, not a multi-week campaign

What is Yes Week?

Yes Week is a seven-day sprint. Each day has a theme — service, communication, presentation, reflection, or play — with small, achievable tasks. The goal is momentum: prove you can show up daily before you commit to longer arcs.

Yes Week works well when:

  • You are rebuilding after a rough patch
  • You want to test a new rule before making it permanent
  • You need a low-stakes introduction to structured training

What is Yes Month?

Yes Month extends the same philosophy across thirty days. It adds milestones, deeper rituals, and more room for growth. Month campaigns often include contracts, privilege frameworks, and health-chart tracking so both partners can see progress visually.

Yes Month works well when:

  • You are establishing a new dynamic or moving in together
  • You want accountability with room for nuance and rest days
  • You are ready to invest in long-term habits, not just a weekend experiment

Consent stays central

Training is not punishment by default. Every task should be negotiated, revocable, and tied to something you both want — not something one person is “making” the other do.

Before you start:

  1. Name hard limits in Harmony Hub or your contract
  2. Agree on safewords and pause rules
  3. Schedule check-ins — especially around day 3 and day 14 when fatigue shows up
  4. Plan aftercare for intense days

How the Dom supports the arc

A Dominant’s job in Yes Week/Month is not to micromanage. It is to:

  • Set clear expectations — what “done” looks like
  • Acknowledge effort — especially on hard days
  • Repair quickly when a task is missed — note it, discuss it, adjust if needed
  • Watch the health chart — trends matter more than one bad day

Submissive agency matters

Submission is a gift. That means the sub can use their voice, ask for clarification, and safeword out of any task that crosses a limit. Training that erodes trust is not training — it is pressure.

If you finish a Yes Week feeling closer and clearer, you are doing it right. If you finish feeling depleted or resentful, pause and renegotiate before starting Yes Month.

Getting started

Invite your partner, draft your boundaries, and pick a campaign that matches your energy. Start small. Consistency beats intensity every time.

Yes Month Day 1 is always contract + chastity lock — review rules together, discuss lockup, kneel, affirm, then use Yes, Sir / Yes, Ma’am and execute Day Board tasks. Pair Yes Month with Phase 1–4 Dom Care packs for a full arc: see Pairing Yes Month With Phase Packs. For Pro packs (Phase 3–4, Boot Camp, Discipline Reset), see Pro Training Packs.
